Personal Injury includes cases where one person suffers injuries, often serious, from an accident where others might be at fault. Being involved in an accident or crime that results in personal injury is a challenging ordeal. And trying to sort out all of the other aspects of the incident, such as medical care and costs, lost income and insurance claims can seem overwhelming. Get a Free consultation with us and see if you have an injury claim and can be compensated for your injuries and loss.

If you suffered a work-related injury or illness, you are entitled by law to just compensation, regardless of who was at fault. However, workers compensation cases are complex and deserve a strong legal partner to ensure you receive the compensation you deserve.

If it can be proven that a property owner was negligent and knew or should have known about the dangerous or defective condition that caused a slip and fall, you may be compensated for your injuries. Every slip and fall accident is unique so, it is to your benefit to hire an experienced slip and fall lawyer.

Each car accident, like each person involved in the crash, is unique. Any car crash can be caused by multiple factors. Your automobile accident recovery depends on your attorney’s ability to show another person was responsible for the accident.
A complex truck accident case requires thorough investigation, the opinions of expert witnesses, and the creative use of discovery procedures after the lawsuit is filed. Prompt investigation of the accident scene is important; swift action is what experienced truck accident law firms provide. The trucking company will have a team of investigators dispatched immediately. You need investigators on your side from the very beginning.
There is no excuse for nursing home neglect, and there are no circumstances in which nursing home abuse and neglect should be tolerated. When a loved one has become the victim of mistreatment at the hands of those that have been paid to provide care, taking legal action is necessary to hold the responsible parties accountable for the harm they cause.
When a patient goes to a hospital for treatment the last thing they expect to happen is to be injured while under the care of trained medical professionals. However, this issue occurs at rates far more frequently than most would expect. According to data from the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Inspector General, approximately 13.5 percent of Medicare beneficiaries who are hospitalized experience an adverse event while under hospital care.
Losing a loved one is a tragedy beyond what we can express through words. When that death is caused by the negligence of someone else, it is even more difficult to find closure.

Burn injuries are some of the most serious injuries a person can ever suffer. Burns may require major reconstructive surgeries and skin grafts. In the medical world, burns are classified into three categories, first degree burns, second-degree burns and third-degree burns, which are considered the most severe.

Depending on your occupation, you may be exposed to numerous, dangerous chemicals in your daily work environment. Although businesses are becoming more and more safety conscious, many people are exposed to dangerous chemicals due to a lack of necessary safety precautions.

Hit and run accidents are some of the most serious and devastating there are, in large part because the victim is oftentimes left with the difficult task of recovering from the accident with nobody to immediately hold accountable for their injuries.

Motorcycle accidents present dangers not present in other kinds of vehicular accidents. Motorcycles travel much faster than bicycles but offer no protection from a collision. Driver’s bodies are exposed to the collision and can be crushed between their motorcycle and the other vehicle.  In any event, motorcycle accidents often result in the loss of limb or the loss of life.

Bicycle accidents can take a variety of forms, but frequently involve a collision between a bicycle and a car or other motor vehicle. Even though the motorist is often the responsible party in such an accident, cyclists are usually the more severely injured party in these collisions.

Medical malpractice occurs when a hospital, doctor or other health care professional, through a negligent act or omission, causes an injury to a patient. The negligence might be the result of errors in diagnosis, treatment, aftercare or health management.
